At Two.22, we believe self-care and movement are values children should grow up with.

We know how challenging it can be to balance training and family life, which is why we created a dedicated kids’ area for children aged 4 and up. They can play independently with limited supervision while you take your 50-minute class.

By seeing you prioritise your wellbeing, children learn that taking care of your body and mind is normal, healthy and important. During school holidays, we’ll also offer fun themed sessions so kids can move, create and explore while you enjoy your workout.

What to expect:

Kids aged 4 and up are welcome
Independent play with limited supervision
Activities and books available
Visibility from the hallway
Holiday kids sessions (movement, crafts, themed play)

Please note:
We cannot provide diaper changing, bottle feeding or full childcare services. Our setup supports parents — not replaces childcare.

Hyrox Kids

Once a month on Saturdays fun, energetic Hyrox-inspired sessions designed to help kids move, play and build confidence. Expect simple functional movements, teamwork moments and plenty of excitement  a great introduction to active living.

Workshops During School Leave

During school holidays, we host themed kids’ workshops such as mini movement sessions, creative play, and age-appropriate activities. Perfect for keeping them engaged while you enjoy a focused 50-minute workout.
