Our Balance classes build body awareness, deep core strength and long-term mobility. Perfect for active recovery days or for those wanting to move with intention.

Barre

High-energy, low-impact and best in class. Our Barre sessions blend ballet-inspired movement, strength work and control, creating a sculpting, lengthening workout that targets every major muscle group. Expect precision, rhythm and the kind of burn you feel the next day.

Yoga

A grounding practice designed to improve strength, mobility and mindfulness. Our Yoga classes vary in style — from slow flow to more dynamic sessions — but always focus on breath, alignment and creating space in the body.

Mobility

Functional movement designed to help you move better in everyday life. Mobility sessions improve joint health, flexibility and stability, making them the perfect complement to both Power and Reformer training.

Workshops

Specialised sessions held in the Balance studio — from breathwork to stretch labs and seasonal themes. These offerings vary throughout the year and are designed to deepen your practice, support recovery and expand your overall wellbeing.
